Derrick is AMAZING! He leads high energy, fun, and challenging (at your level) bootcamps. You can and should go everyday-- he comes up with his own workouts so there is no repetition so muscle groups can rest and you get a whole body workout! The people are super encouraging and welcoming. You'll feel like family after your second workout.

Derrick is one of the best trainers/ coaches that I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He fosters a sense of community and challenges you at the right level. You will see/ feel results by the end of the second week. I highly recommend going everyday if you can-- he also zoom classes if you cannot go in person. 2B Fit is great! I highly recommend it!

Phenomenal place to get back in shape. Derrick is a very creative and dedicated coach, there is something new every day. The bootcamp is without a proverbial pressure, everyone is doing their best. Derrick is paying attention to everyone. I have been attending morning sessions. And this is the only way for busy professionals with family obligations to get the comprehensive workout done and done right.

This gym is awesome! I attend the HIIT classes and personal training with Derrick! The classes are intense but also allow me to go at my own pace. I started with the groupon and stayed on afterwards to continue coming to the classes. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in getting into great shape.

I started 2B Fit group boot camp a few months ago. During this time, I built up my cardiovascular endurance, managed to build more muscle mass.This program is a great whole body workout. The trainers, Derrick and Kim know how to mix up cardio & Tabata exercises. Lots of planks, weights,TRX, squats, abs, and rope exercises. They have lots of energy and very involved throughout the entire program. Derrick was great about correcting, teaching proper exercise forms. Both of them have knowledge about aspect of physiology/human performance; diet & exercise combo for healthier lifestyle. Good vibe. No attitude here...just helpful people and clients who want to get fitter or slimmer (or into really kick-ass shape). Convenient schedule of challenging classes. Great work outs, wonderful coaches and fun people to work out with! I am happy to be a part of their exercise family and would highly recommend 2B Fit to anybody.

I love this Bootcamp. Working out first thing in the morning has really changed my life! I used to have such terrible upper back pain. After consistently doing Bootcamp for a month, my pain is gone! I first tried it out with a Groupon and now I am a regular. Derrick is so upbeat and plays really fun tunes during the workout. I would highly recommend this Bootcamp!

This is the best fitness experience I've ever had. The facility is clean and well- maintained, but the best thing is that the trainers (Derrick and Kim) do a fantastic job of individualizing workouts for each client, based on their goals, their needs, and their current levels. It's the most personalized training I've ever received.

The daily bootcamp is lead by Derek - who plans a broad range of diverse exercises, music is good, environment is encouraging and the bootcamp delivers results ! Great to have them in the neighborhood. Strongly recommended.

I have been doing the boot camps at 2B Fit for several years now. Some things I love about my experience there are: It is never the same class twice. I go to Derrick's boot camps and he changes the course every day. He has a great sense of humor and even though the camps are tough, they are also fun. There are a nice group of regulars who I have come to know; yet we are always happy to see new members and help get them started.

Kim and Derrick are wonderful trainers. They are one of only a few fitness clubs in the area that are open early to accommodate those who have to work and want to get a good workout in the morning. The boot camp is challenging and fun. It’s difficult waking up early to exercise, but Kim and Derrick’s energy and enthusiasm motivates you.
